@ps2270, are you referring to the bottom of the page, where there are two marginal notes with lines boxing them off from the main text and the left marginal notes? As can be seen here: 
Regardless, I am going to add <hr> above the two margin blocks at the bottom, which will approximate the "boxing". We do not have "vertical" lines enabled or in the schema, so this should be a good enough solution
