DECISION: 83r: well-cooked 118v: this is more difficult b/c it could be to anneal or to re-heat or heat. He seems to be defining a technical term, which may mean anneal, although this usually refers to re-heating metals, not to heating the frame so the metal will flow better into the mold. I'd leave this one in french for now.
