#1970: Create new repository for Research and Teaching Companion (RTC)

As part of cu-mkp organization, created dedicated repository for the RTC, modeled on https://github.com/cu-mkp/edition-webpages (i.e., md files plus JSON) to begin development of the Companion Site

https://github.com/cu-mkp/research-teaching-companion has been created for this purpose. Note:

• it is currently private (with no content other than a READme) until we are ready to add content
• access has been granted to
  • team ownerz (Terry and Naomi) -- admin
  • team editors-2021 (Terry, Naomi, Pamela, Caroline, Greg, and Nick) -- write
