terms left in French and decide whether they need editorial note AND/OR glossary entry This should build off of previous work completed in fall 2019

E.g., "arson" on 94v (furbisher) https://edition640.makingandknowing.org/#/folios/94v/tl does not appear in glossary nor does it have an editorial comment
