This must have been accidentally missed in the previous passes (#1238). Essay text needs hyperlinks inserted for every marked folio reference
completed.
Some of the folios marked to be linked were duplicated in the essay text and in the footnote associated with the same sentence. I only linked the first instance and removed angle brackets from the second instance
