#1232: Transfer associated entries from editing tab to annotation metadata

In GD sheet Annotation tracking and metadata,

• create column on first tab "metadata annotation tracking" for associated folio entries
• populate from information in second tab "editing and revisions"

In "editing" tab, this information is found in columns N-R:

AUTOMATICALLY POPULATED | AUTOMATICALLY POPULATED |   |   |   -- | -- | -- | -- | -- FOLIOS AND ENTRIES folios | entry-id | RevisedTo be included in DCEentry-id | Folios + Entry ID - approved (inititals) | Folios + Entry ID - approved (date)

@ps2270, this has been completed for a subset of the annotations. I am tracking this by coloring in grey the cells on "editing" (columns P, Q, R) that I have transferred to the "metadata tracking" E.g.,
