As per new decisions, need solution for what have become "silent sups" and all other "sups" have been eliminated.

This closes out unresolved tasks in #852 and #724
THC and NJR have discussed to some degree. Summary:
render of all sups will be changed to not have tag or tagged phrase shown at all.
this leaves two issues:
supplied headers that need to appear as part of entries list (now issue #1146 )
supplied phrases in the main text will NOT be indicated or included in the interface, but will stay in the folio pages' data (i.e., the xml files) for any future work. The final list of terms that will remained <sup>ed are summarized in #724
